I went to the local city boobs to get my permit and they said I can't. I'm from New York originally and I don't like anybody telling me no. And I made sure that that hourly worker new this. The manager finally explained that the problem was with the high water table at my property. That if I dig down more than a few feet, the nearby river will seep into the pool site area. This causes the concrete pool shell to 'pop-out', as he calls it, when we drain the pool for service. I was angry. Not at him, but at the situation.

I have a friend that bought a portable pool from really ez pools and suggested I call them. I did, and we spoke and they had answers for all my questions. So I bought a lap pool from them and it came much faster than I was ready for it. I rethought the whole project and started to go to it. Of course, as the city guy said, just as we hit about two feet on one end, the water started to seep up. I called really ez pools and asked if this was okay. They said no problem. That the water on the outside would be displaced by the filling pool. Made sense. So we continued.

Carlos and his brother had the pool up and filling within an hour. And sure enough, after about a foot of water in the pool, the seeping water was not found under the pool. When I walked on the pool floor I was walking on solid ground. So after it filled, Carlos was nice enough to take a swim in my pool before me. At any rate, we had the landscaper come and build the deck and finish off the final touches.

I don't like anybody telling me no - and really ez pools kept me true to my word. I found them helpful, knowledgable and there product has served me very well."
